Angel Wilson-Crowe is a Board Certified, Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner whose vast experiences has seen the impact with staffing shortages, and understands how these gaps in staffing affect the morale of the department staff.

She has experienced the many styles of leadership philosophies and program needs from small organizations to the larger acute care hospital settings. 

Angel has worked in various federal clinics and emergency departments in the Great Plains of South Dakota including the Rosebud Indian Health Service Hospital, Wanblee Ambulatory Clinic, and the Sioux San Hospital and Urgent Care clinic. Her final federal years were spent at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona; and the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital emergency room and Pryor Ambulatory Clinic in Pryor, MT.
